Prospects in Business Partners

What is a Business Partner?
A Business Partner is a new customer model that allows centralized management of supplier, customer and employee data.
Therefore, it represents a person or organization, whether it is a supplier, a debtor, an employee, or a guest, among others. With this new approach, there is a single centralized element, to which we can assign different roles depending on the relationship we have with it in our organization.
This allows us to work with shared and unified data (address data, contact data, bank data), as well as specific data assigned to each role (web portal user id, loyalty membership card, financial account assignments in finance, …) .
Classification and Linking
Therefore, as we have said, a Business Partner can be classified as a person, organization, or group. And this is fundamental, because when we classify it as a person, for example, we will have available the fields related to natural persons, such as date and place of birth, marital status, profession, among others; when the organization category is selected, the fields related to a legal entity are filled in and finally, when the group category is used, the grouping of several organizations is considered.
In addition, relationships between Business Partners can be established by identifying kinship, employment and/or business relationships of interest to our business.
